RoadSafe – Road Safety Hub aims to provide a smooth and reliable experience for users booking driving courses, enrollments, and related services through our platform. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and service-related concerns.

By using RoadSafe services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

General Policy

RoadSafe works with partner driving schools and training providers. Refund eligibility, cancellations, and rescheduling may vary depending on the policies of the selected driving school or service provider.

Users are encouraged to review course details and schedules carefully before confirming bookings or payments.

Booking Cancellations

Users may request cancellation of bookings or enrollments subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled course or training date
  • Late cancellations may not qualify for refunds
  • Certain reservation or processing fees may be non-refundable
  • Partner driving schools may apply their own cancellation policies

RoadSafe reserves the right to evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Confirmed service unavailability
  • Approved cancellations within the allowed period
  • Technical issues resulting in failed transactions
  • Other valid concerns approved by RoadSafe or the partner driving school

Refund approval is not guaranteed and may depend on the policies of the involved service provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Failure to attend scheduled classes or driving sessions
  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Incorrect information submitted by the user
  • Change of mind after successful enrollment or booking
  • Completed services or training sessions already rendered
Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider, bank, or service platform used during the transaction.

Refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

Rescheduling Requests

Users may request rescheduling of driving sessions or enrollments depending on the availability and policies of the driving school.

Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to:

  • Advance notice from the student
  • Schedule availability
  • Partner driving school approval

Additional fees may apply in certain situations.

Partner Driving School Policies

Some services offered through RoadSafe are managed directly by partner driving schools. In such cases, users may also be subject to the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies of the respective school or training provider.

RoadSafe is not responsible for independent policies implemented by partner organizations.
